Excellent new opportunity for an experienced real estate partner to join this leading law firm based in Oxford.

Our client has a strong reputation for real estate work covering all facets of property law advice for clients including developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with property related interests. The firm is home to a hugely supportive, collaborative and transparent working environment.

Due to succession planning, the firm seeks to appoint a partner with a proven track record of handling property transactions as well as someone with strong team leadership experience. Working closely with the national Head, a part of this role will involve supporting and supervising a small, dedicated team of property lawyers in a practice supporting clients on large scale commercial acquisitions, disposals, commercial development, retail property and landlord & tenant work.

You'll be client facing and client led and you are likely to have a strong network. However, a client following is not required for this role.

This is an excellent opening for a talented partner with demonstrable people skills and the ability and appetite to lead others. The firm offers excellent remuneration including bonuses, flexibility and a clear pathway to equity.
