The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. We are looking to talk to a top-tier corporate or private equity lawyer with appetite to move into a role which combines his or her technical legal and commercial skill-set within a transactional environment.
