BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a national law firm in its recruitment of a Real Estate lawyer to join its Public Sector Regeneration team in Cardiff. This opportunity is offered on a full or part-time (4 days a week), permanent basis with flexible working options accommodated. Hybrid working as standard. Excellent salary commensurate with experience.
The Role As the Real Estate Solicitor in this top ranked national Regeneration team you would: Act for public bodies and developers on many and varied regeneration schemes around the UK, including housing regeneration projects, town centre redevelopment schemes, infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Provide advice on a broad range of regeneration projects working closely on these projects with the firm's planning, environmental, procurement and public law teams.
About You To be successful in your application for this Real Estate Lawyer vacancy, you will have: A minimum of two years' PQE. Experience of working on regeneration projects would be highly advantageous, but our client is also happy to consider applications from those with a keen interest in this area, who may have gained transferable experience from other areas, e.g. property development, housing or general local authority property work. Strong client facing skills and keen to be involved in business development and raising the profile of the Regeneration team. A good teamwork ethic.
