Diocese of Down and Dromore Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom Description of Job The Lecale Area Mission Partnership (LAMP) is a group of small rural parishes situated in County Down in the Church of Ireland Diocese of Down and Dromore. We seek to appoint a Rector who: is an experienced spiritual leader who can manage, inspire and help to build a ministry team; has a heart for outreach and evangelism; is a skilled and sensitive preacher able to teach God’s word and communicate the gospel effectively; possesses the organizational skills necessary to manage a group like ours; will be actively engaged in an ecumenical context; will enable all within LAMP to be cared for pastorally in a robust and consistent way.
