Hertfordshire I have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic, reputable Main Contractor that has been operating for over 100 years throughout the South East. The company designs, builds, and maintains all types of property, delivering projects on time and on budget, and enjoys long-lasting partnerships with both public and private sector clients. Based in Hertfordshire, they work throughout the Northern Home Counties and London, and have a reputation built on excellence and professionalism. They carry out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including retail, residential, care homes, healthcare, education, and commercial. On average, project values are between £5m and £7m, but they also carry out some smaller scale projects as well as large projects up to £20m. They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their Hertfordshire offices and visiting sites accordingly. They are looking for somebody that can work on multiple projects autonomously, with experience of both new build and refurbishment projects covering a range of sectors.
