A contractor with over 20 years’ experience operating on large scale projects in the Civils sector are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who would be capable of coming on board what they consider a key project for the company and be part of a newly built commercial team to tackle the day to day aspects of the project. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, it will be your job to be a leader in a team of 3-5 Quantity Surveyors to manage a package of around £30 Million worth of work on a project which spans to an overall value of just under £120 Million. You would find yourself reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor with the main aspects of this project being the CSA element. Someone who has previous experience working on civils projects in a senior role would thrive in this position. The Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project must have a keen enthusiasm for leading so, being personable and capable of building relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and clients will be paramount to your consideration.
