Job Description
Our fantastic client based in the heart of Burton on Trent is currently seeking an experienced finance manager to join their small team. We are seeking an experienced individual to help steer the finance team for an industrial company that specialise in fire doors.
Your role will include (but not be limited to):
General invoicing
Finance administration
General administrative duties
Finance management and reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow management
Internal compliance and controls
Attending board meetings
Overseeing carbon footprint data
Charing accounts meetings and catch-ups
HR responsibilities
Health and safety paperwork
Team leadership and development

Experience & Qualifications
We ask that anyone applying for this role has a solid base of experience in all aspects of accounting, you will also have good team management experience. You must have a full clean driving licence, and access to a car. As finance manager, some overseas work will be required, this will be discussed at interview but is usually around a week a year.
