Job Description Our fantastic client based in the heart of Burton on Trent is currently seeking an experienced finance manager to join their small team. We are seeking an experienced individual to help steer the finance team for an industrial company that specialise in fire doors. Your role will include (but not be limited to): General invoicing Finance administration General administrative duties Finance management and reporting Budgeting and forecasting Cash flow management Internal compliance and controls Attending board meetings Overseeing carbon footprint data Charing accounts meetings and catch-ups HR responsibilities Health and safety paperwork Team leadership and development Key Information Posted: November 21, 2024 Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire Reference: 162109 Duration: This great company will reward hard work, and promote from within. Working Hours: Specific hours can be discussed at interview. Working days are Monday to Friday, working hours will usually be 09:00-15:00. Closing Date: 20241205 Experience & Qualifications We ask that anyone applying for this role has a solid base of experience in all aspects of accounting, you will also have good team management experience. You must have a full clean driving licence, and access to a car. As finance manager, some overseas work will be required, this will be discussed at interview but is usually around a week a year. You as a person: • Hard-working, punctual, and reliable • Good leader • Team player • Supportive and encouraging. You need to be willing to wear lots of hats, and support lots of people. Not only leading and overseeing the numbers, but ensuring the entire management team know the numbers. You will play an important part in driving forward.
