The developer concerned has an excellent name in London concentrating on acquiring sites from 80 – 300 units. All will be high-rise in London locations. This particular Developer has an active Land team that is hungry for success. The ideal candidate will be an existing Land buyer/ manager and be used to processing and acquiring sites in the London area. You will be keen to gain further contacts and acquire major sites in London. A relevant degree will be required as will at least 2 years Land Acquisition experience.
