MERJE is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager - Training to join a leading UK long-term savings and retirement business. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's internal audit function, with a focus on data analytics skills and training. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing talent and capability frameworks within the organisation. The Role As an Internal Audit Manager - Training, you will provide critical support to the effectiveness of the challenge brought to the risk, governance, and control environment. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and growth within a respected and trusted audit team. Key Responsibilities of the Internal Audit Manager - Training: Develop and implement data analytics skills and training programmes Own and develop Talent and Capability and CPD frameworks Support workforce plans, including recruitment and secondment initiatives Manage the design and operation of the Relationship Management model Provide training and development support to management and staff Required knowledge and experience for the Internal Audit Manager - Training role: Previous Internal Audit experience, ideally within a large Financial Services organisation Proven experience in delivering effective Internal Audit training and development Strong data analytics skills and experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Good awareness of regulations and professional IA standards If you are an experienced Internal Audit Manager looking for a challenging role within a dynamic organisation, apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
