The Head of People Development plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the organisation's Talent and People Performance strategy, reporting to the Group HR Director. Leading a dynamic team of People Partners and Learning & Development specialists, this role drives leadership development, coaching frameworks, and talent/succession planning to ensure a thriving pipeline of talent for the future. With a focus on fostering a culture of growth, the Head of People Development partners with leaders across the business to create impactful training programs that enhance performance and drive success. Responsible for setting clear KPIs, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights, they inspire a highly engaged team through innovative leadership and a customer-first mindset. Balancing commercial awareness with creativity, the Head of People Development brings energy, passion, and vision to the HR function, while building strong relationships and ensuring the organisation remains competitive. With the ability to make key decisions and influence at all levels, this role is pivotal in driving the business forward and creating a culture where people can thrive.
