We are looking to recruit an ambitious Consultant clinician who is passionate about the delivery of quality stroke care and who enjoys working with like-minded clinicians who share this vision.
Whether you are looking for your first Consultant post or are an experienced stroke physician, we have much to offer, with ample opportunity and encouragement to pursue research, improvement projects, teaching, and supervision.
The successful candidate will join 4 other Consultants and 3 Stroke Specialist doctors and will be responsible for the management of Stroke patients along our care pathways and will be part of a team managing hyper-acute & acute Stroke patients, TIA clinics, and regular Multidisciplinary team meetings.
They will be required to contribute to a 1 in 7 on-call rota and provide stroke expertise support to the Isle of Wight stroke team.
