Litigation Solicitor

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Litigation Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing our clients in civil litigation cases and providing them with expert legal advice and guidance. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation cases, including but not limited to commercial disputes and employment law matters. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate. Collaborate with other team members and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction. Qualifications Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE. Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and courtroom etiquette. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Client following.
