Well-regarded commercial law firm in Guernsey is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team covers a wide range of Litigation matters on behalf of corporate clients, high net worth individuals and families involving complex local and international Commercial Litigation matters.
Specific areas of Litigation you can expect to undertake include:
Financial Services Regulatory issues and disputes;
Trust disputes and associated Regulatory matters;
Funds Litigation;
Professional Indemnity;
Cross-border Fraud claims;
Multi-jurisdictional Insolvency Litigation matters;
Asset Tracing;
Contract and tort claims.
Other ad hoc matters may also include Property Litigation, Construction disputes and dealing with Data Protection issues.
Ideally, candidates will have at least some experience of one or more of the areas listed above and our client will consider candidates from London, regional, Scottish or Northern Irish law firms.
