Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for students in accordance with the school's curriculum. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the educational and emotional development of students. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to drive their academic achievement. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience. Effectively manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and supportive environment for students. Communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. Stay up-to-date with developments in English teaching strategies and methodologies to enhance teaching practices. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary school students. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum and its requirements. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students. Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities and learning styles.
