Hospitality Team Evening Supervisor (Dining) – PART TIME (Whitemoor Lakes)
Whitemoor Lakes, Lichfield, Staffordshire Permanent 22.5 hrs per week, any five days out of 7, on a rota basis (includes weekends, especially Saturdays, on a rota basis). This role is shift work. Shift times are 3.30pm – 8.00pm (Fridays maybe a little later, 4.30pm – 9pm). Description: Whitemoor Lakes is a busy residential activity centre, open all year round. We host a variety of groups from schools and youth groups to faith groups and charities. Reporting to the Hospitality Team Manager, we are looking for an experienced dining / restaurant / catering supervisor to help oversee the daily running of the dining room for evening meal service. As a supervisor, you will take the daily lead for running the shift, ensuring your team is aware of what needs doing and when. Although you will need to be hands-on, assisting the team with daily tasks, you also need the ability to stand back and ensure all tasks are completed to a satisfactory level. The role involves planning the evening shift ahead, conducting staff briefings, greeting guests, assisting in serving guest meals, managing special dietary requests (liaising with the kitchen), and ensuring the dining room is kept clean, hygienic, and running in a smooth and orderly fashion.
