About Elmwood
Elmwood Church is a large family church located in Salford, near Manchester City Centre and Media City UK. Our vision for Elmwood is to grow deeper in devotion, closer in community and further in fruitfulness. Elmwood is growing in numbers and diversity, with over 200 adults plus 80 children and young people attending regularly. We are enriched by people from all over the world and new people are joining each week. We are looking for an experienced Worship Team Leader who is authentic, empowering and strategic. You will work closely with the Senior Leader and others to encourage a culture of spirit-led worship. Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and empower the music team, worship leaders and support teams. Develop worship at Elmwood through music and other creative ways. Enable the fellowship to encounter God through worship. We are looking for someone who is Jesus-centred, servant-hearted and spirit-led; passionate about helping others encounter God through worship, and have substantial experience in leading worship teams.
