As the number of amazing venues wanting Signature Brew taps increases significantly this year, we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic cellar technician to join our growing team of awesome music and beer lovers. This role, based out of our Blackhorse Road HQ, will be responsible for the timely installation of new taps and bar equipment at new Signature Brew accounts, the upkeep and maintenance of Signature Brew bar equipment in the on-trade, and regular support for our own bars within the retail side of the business. There will also be plenty of festivals and external event bars to get your teeth stuck into. We are looking for experienced technicians who will need to have a flexible approach to working hours, be customer-focused at all times, and be able to work well as part of a team as well as individually. Key Responsibilities:

Install, service & maintain all beer dispense equipment and gas systems to a high standard. Complete service calls in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. Champion quality ensuring all quality control and assurance procedures are followed. Work closely with the sales team to ensure Signature Brew continues to offer world-class service. Work to tight deadlines both on physical & administrative parts of the job. Ensure all dispense equipment in Signature Brew bars are never offline. Offer training and support to Signature Brew staff and customers both in trade and at the brewery. Manage all cellar and dispense stock and inventory including purchasing equipment and completing regular stock takes. Work closely and collaboratively with production, quality, and packaging teams to ensure quality control issues and ullage are kept to a minimum. Fit out and build event bars at festivals and events that we manage in-house, as well as managing any outsourced event installations. Drive and maintain a company van ensuring it’s clean and tidy as well as well stocked with consumables and items required for cellar/dispense servicing. Comply with all current Health & Safety legislation. Develop a practical and theoretical understanding of relevant processes. 2+ years of cellar tech experience. Full clean UK driving licence. Good work ethic and punctuality. Flexible with working hours. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Desired Skills:
