MGTS is an innovative and resourceful leader in the provision of workforce development solutions through education, training, and assessment providing apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses. MGTS is continually developing and expanding its portfolio of technical delivery to industry and as a consequence is now seeking to recruit a Technical Trainer / Assessor with a sound background in mechanical and electrical maintenance. The core responsibility of the role is the delivery of training and assessment to learners of all ages in core mechanical skills. In addition, some electrical experience would be advantageous as well as experience in: Machining [turning, milling and fitting] Role Requirements:
Driving licence Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter who is proactive and organised Train and assess learners Develop and present training material Produce reports Monitor candidate performance Experience of working to a QA system This opportunity would suit a qualified engineer who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for all learners.
