Experienced Health & Safety Manager with a charismatic and energetic personality to join my client at their Sawtry site. My client is a global leader in their field of designing & manufacturing bespoke products for a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance across all sites and teams with all relevant Statutory Regulations, regarding both Health & Safety and the Environment and maintain an up-to-date awareness of future legislation, advising the business on any impact. Conduct site audits on a periodic basis (both arranged and unannounced). Deliver safety toolbox talks. Conduct regular safety meetings. Produce site risk assessments and method statements. Enforce policies and procedures across the company. Arrange and oversee all safety training for staff. Manage the company training matrix and associated training records. Assist HR with the development of our mentor/apprenticeship programmes. Responsible for fixed inspections and service schedule for factory machinery and equipment including certifications. Carry out Accident Investigations, including suitable root cause analysis and support the Management and supervisory staff in their duties with regards to accident investigations. Skills & Experience Needed: NEBOSH and IOSH certified. Manufacturing Experience. Multi-Site experience. Full UK Driving License.
