My client is a top 50 UK law firm and they are looking to recruit a Disease Lawyer to handle a caseload of Mesothelioma contribution claims.
The role will involve handling a mix of both pre-litigated and litigated claims pursuant to the Civil Liability Act 1978. This will include cases on behalf of insurer clients and corporates where recoveries are required. The position is very much client-facing, and you will initially receive support from an assistant fee earner, with the opportunity to grow your own team.
The ideal candidate will need previous Mesothelioma experience and ambitions to grow and manage a profitable team.
Salary for the role will be £45,000 DOE + a generous bonus scheme. My client offers great hybrid working with one day in the office per week. Benefits include, but are not limited to, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, healthcare cover, 4x salary life insurance, dental plan, maternity/paternity pay, and many others.
