Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including but not limited to: Road traffic accidents Accidents at work Motorbike accidents Loss of sight Hearing loss Bicycle accidents Pedestrian accidents Accidents abroad Liaising with clients, experts, and third parties to progress claims Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the claims process Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary Requirements:
Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor Strong academic background with excellent legal knowledge in personal injury law Demonstrable passion for personal injury work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
