Job Description
Are you a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Family Law? Are you looking to take the next step in your career? If so, keep on reading as I am working with a leading regional law firm who are recruiting into their Oakham office. Joining the Family team, you would be working on a caseload of privately funded family law matters covering divorce, child abduction, forced marriages, change of name, domestic violence, and more. Alongside this, you would be expected to conduct your own advocacy too. The firm are looking for a Chartered Legal Executive who has at least 3 years of experience carrying their own Family caseload. You must have experience of advocacy, strong drafting skills, and the flexibility to attend court in different locations.
