Company Description Job Description Salesforce CRM Business Analyst - Remote £Competitive The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm. As a Business Analyst, you will be working with the fast-paced and ever-changing Brakes CRM Team. Your primary responsibility will be working with the Brakes business and Sysco Platform team to conduct a detailed evaluation, design, and support the build of the Salesforce solution. In this role, you will play a pivotal position in not only defining the solution but also ensuring that it is robustly designed for the future. You'll be a valuable member of the team, contributing to the success of our business whilst working with a great team of people and having fun along the way! Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Responsible for capturing and defining functional business-facing requirements associated with the creation of functionality within Salesforce through the use of a prioritised requirements list. Work with the team to estimate project timeframes, create project plans, and set different delivery milestones for the projects. Ensure that there is clear and consistent documentation associated with a business analyst activity such as PRL, Data Dictionaries, process maps, etc. Create functional, technical, and design documentation and provide advice on application solutions. Build strong relationships throughout the organisation and develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes. Act as a bridge between the business and development team. Performance Indicators

Delivery of all material required for build in line with project deadlines. Delivery of Salesforce solutions in line with Business Case requirements. Salesforce User Adoption and Utilisation. Achievement of Business Case metrics. Process development and continuous improvements. We are looking for

Experience with Salesforce within a multi-functional environment. Demonstrable experience of building and delivering in large organisations. Experience of Agile Project environments (including User Story writing). Ability to thrive in a very busy, demanding, and pressurised environment. Desirable - experience of Jira, SAP/BW/Office Applications. What you'll get
