London We are currently recruiting for a large residential developer who is looking for a site manager to oversee 2 RC Frame blocks of flats and traditional build houses on a large residential project in Mill Hill. The project is a fast-track fit-out and is a high-pressure project supervising all internals. You should have experience working for large developers, understand drawings, and be able to communicate any design issues. This role reports to the Project Manager, with a Finishing Manager under you. You should have a skilled CSCS as well as SMSTS certification and a checkable work history.
