The Infrastructure Architect – Resiliency, Data, and Security will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, protection, and performance of our IT infrastructure. Establish best practices for system resilience, backup, and failover processes to mitigate potential disruptions. Engage in risk assessment and mitigation planning to ensure a proactive approach to potential vulnerabilities. Document and communicate complex architectural designs clearly for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud and on-premises security, resiliency practices, and data management to guide continuous improvements. What we’re looking for: Extensive experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on designing resilient, data-centric, and secure solutions in cloud and on-premises environments. Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and a solid understanding of hybrid cloud architecture. Hands-on experience with security frameworks, data encryption standards, and best practices for securing distributed systems. Proven knowledge of high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery techniques. Familiarity with data governance, data lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical, scalable solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills: Certification in cloud and security (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CISM). Experience with container orchestration and virtualization technologies. Knowledge of emerging technologies related to cybersecurity and data protection. Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT. Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects involving resiliency and security architecture. Why Us?
