We are seeking an experienced manager with strong commercial acumen to manage teams made up of commercial and underwriting professionals. You will be responsible for leading the business to success; for delivery of budgeted income, management of costs, and delivery of EBITDA & KPI targets. In addition, you will provide operational leadership to ensure everything is in place to meet the financial objectives for the business, customer services, sales, product, and people. The Desired Candidate Experience gained in the financial services sector in a commercial leadership role.
