We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a team and optimize warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Operations Management: Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. Ensure inventory accuracy and implement stock control procedures. Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Utilize lean management principles to streamline operations. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure they are up-to-date and effectively utilized. Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment. Requirements
Experience: Experience in a warehouse management role within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and leading teams. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office. Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
