We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a team as the Head of HR. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR department, developing and executing successful HR strategies, and ensuring that HR initiatives align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement successful HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

Attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce through effective recruitment and selection processes.

Foster a positive and engaged work environment that supports the professional growth and development of our employees.

Develop and maintain HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Implement a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.

Identify training needs, develop training programs, and monitor their effectiveness.

Provide decision support to management through the reporting of HR metrics.

Ensure that HR management is legally compliant.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

CIPD Level 5 certification.

Proven HR management or executive experience.

In-depth knowledge of UK labour laws and HR best practices.

Relevant experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a GP Practice or similar environment.

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and human resource information systems.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
