We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Store Manager to join Barnardo's on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
As a Store Manager you will manage the day to day running of our Clydebank Store, leading a team of colleagues to maximise store sales and profits. By doing so you will play a crucial role in raising the funds for the amazing services and support Barnardo's provides for children, young people, and families.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the store. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service is provided. Monitor and report on sales performance. Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail management. Strong leadership skills. Ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
