A leading web3 solutions provider is seeking an experienced Data Analystin the exciting world of crypto and web3.
The Opportunity We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help drive actionable insights from on-chain and customer data. In this role, you’ll analyse buyer behaviour, sales patterns, and test results, providing data-backed recommendations that can improve the user experience and optimise buy flows to increase revenue. You’ll be a key part of helping us understand our target market and shape our growth strategies by analszing how users interact with our Web3 products. Responsibilities: Analyse on-chain data and buyer patterns to derive actionable insights for product and marketing teams. Track A/B testing results and assess the impact on conversion rates and buy flows. Identify key segments of the target audience and recommend strategies for improving revenue and conversion. Work with the product and marketing teams to suggest data-driven improvements to buyer journeys. Present data findings to leadership and cross-functional teams in an easy-to-understand manner. Who are we looking for
3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within the Web3, fintech, or e-blockchain sectors. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and familiarity with analysing on-chain data. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and experience with A/B testing frameworks. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience working with customer behaviour data and improving conversion funnels is a plus.
