To support this transition, TCR is currently replacing its ERP system and at the same time is optimizing processes but also standardizing and centralizing key functions. TCR started a transformation towards a new ERP system. This is a great opportunity to standardize and align our operational master data.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a detailed and structured person who is highly motivated and loves a fast-paced environment with international contacts. A financial background or proven experience in the domain is preferred.
The job will be in our Group Shared Services Department in Cyberjaya.
WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT
Master Data Management Responsible for creating, updating, and cleaning up master data for all TCR entities. Cross-mapping of master data between all TCR entities resulting in a single group database. This includes understanding where this master data will be used and the requirements of finance as well as other domains like commercial and procurement. By Finance Master data, we refer to, but are not limited to, business partners, cost centers, chart of accounts, tax conditions, tax codes, and activity prices. Implementation Phase Go-Live support to TCR entities on master data-related topics. Delivering rapid service and assuring a qualitative and standardized master data set. Sharing best practices and lessons learned from one entity to another. Improvement Project Based on the data errors we see popping up, we will determine improvement plans for continuous improvement. This is only the beginning of our centralized master data journey. Based on feedback, new insights, and data analyses, our master data will need to evolve to improve our efficiency or align with new requirements. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Background in Data Science, Information Sciences, Finance, or equivalent with a strong analytical background and data-oriented mindset. Structured and able to handle a large amount of data and information. Detail-oriented and meticulous. Autonomous and able to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills in English and able to liaise with entities across the globe, as well as your colleagues in the Master Data team. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred. Experience working with financial master data is preferred.
