We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a passionate team as a Clinical Lead/Clinical Director in Shropshire. This full-time position involves working across three RCVS accredited practices that cover Shropshire and the North Wales Border, where you will lead and support the clinical team. Your role will encompass managing a diverse range of surgical and consultation cases, organising vet rotas, overseeing clinical budgets, and guiding the team, all while having the freedom to develop your own clinical interests.

The Rota: • Full time role - flexible rota pattern and working hours
