40 hours per week, over 4 days, with equal share of the weekend rota – currently 1.5 in 16. No OOH Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take that next step in your career? There will be the increasingly rare opportunity to advance to equity and a share of independent practice ownership for those who share that ambition. Your role and responsibilities As Clinical Director, you will share responsibility for the overall leadership of the practice and helping to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development and wellbeing. You will be passionate about delivering the best possible service and outcomes for patients, clients, and colleagues, and you will be responsible for line management of our veterinary team - an exciting and varied role. Clinically, you will enjoy a mix of surgery, consultations, and in-patient care time with the opportunity for case continuity while building rapport with our lovely clients. All our sites are just an hour’s drive from England’s Lake District, with first-class commuter links to Manchester and Liverpool, and easy access to the fantastic Lancashire countryside and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are proud of our close-knit, supportive team, many of whom have 20 years of service! We are a 16 Veterinary Surgeon team with several certificate holders and further vets also working towards certificates including surgery.
