We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced End User Computing (EUC) Solution Architect to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to design and implement innovative EUC solutions that optimise end-user experiences and enhance productivity and endpoint security. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, offer tailored solutions leveraging the latest technologies, and lead a team of consultants to drive project success. With exposure to the latest tools such as Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft 365, you’ll be helping clients optimise their EUC environments, making a real impact on their productivity and endpoint security.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and mentor a team of EUC consultants, ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients to assess their EUC needs and provide recommendations for enhancing end-user experiences and improving productivity and security.
Design and implement EUC solutions leveraging the latest technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Microsoft Virtual Desktop solutions.
Provide expert guidance to clients on EUC products and services, including device management, application deployment, and endpoint security.
Conduct audits and assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and offering strategic recommendations.
Stay up to date with the latest EUC technologies and industry trends, ensuring your clients always have access to the most advanced solutions.
Manage multiple client projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication between stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of EUC initiatives and innovative service offerings.
You'll also:
Assist with pre-sales activities, such as reviewing and creating Statement of Work documents.
Innovate new EUC services to enhance the offerings of Trustmarque.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in EUC, specialising in solutions that optimise end-user experiences and improve endpoint security.
Expertise in delivering EUC solutions that include Microsoft Windows 10/11, Intune MDM & MAM, Office 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal teams effectively.
Proven leadership experience, managing teams of EUC consultants and delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
Strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex EUC challenges.
Passion for staying up to date with evolving EUC technologies and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Preferred Microsoft certifications: MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, AZ-140, SC-900.
Bonus points:
Advanced Microsoft certifications, such as AZ-140 (Azure Virtual Desktop) and MS-500 (Microsoft 365 Security Administration).
Experience with customising Microsoft solutions to fit specific client environments.
Experience in pre-sales, helping shape business proposals and statements of work.
