As the Product Governance Manager, you will support the core Insurance strategy through effective management and application of robust governance, ensuring all products continue to meet regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes.

Job Details

You will oversee the development and application for an effective and robust product governance framework:

New products and changes to existing products Annual Product Reviews & Value Assessments Regular monitoring of key performance indicators to identify potential key consumer outcomes at risk and propose and monitor action plans for resolution/mitigation Ensuring the delivery of positive consumer outcomes and activities in the best interest of customers

Holding the 'voice of the customer' for business projects to protect the business in regulatory aspects and delivery of consumer outcomes. You will manage and facilitate the changes for key customer documents, through the Policy Wording Forum.

What we're looking for An insurance practitioner with excellent knowledge of FCA regulations including PROD and ICOBs and the ability to take a pragmatic approach to application. Experience of working within the highly regulated general insurance industry. Strong experience in Product Management and developing product documentation to fulfill our regulatory obligations. Drive, ambition and ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks. A 'hands-on' approach is key.
