Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. The Family Medicine Physician will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care in both hospital and home care settings. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of medical conditions. Perform routine check-ups and preventive screenings to promote health and well-being. Administer medications and manage treatment plans for patients as needed. Collect and analyze patient data to inform clinical decisions and improve outcomes. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Epic. Collaborate with specialists for referrals and coordinate patient care across different settings. Engage in research activities to stay updated on the latest advancements in family medicine. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Experience Board certification in Family Medicine is required. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in medication administration and familiarity with medical terminology is essential. Previous experience working in a hospital or home care environment is advantageous. Strong skills in data collection and analysis to support clinical decision-making.
