The developer is entrepreneurial, opportunistic, and delivers high-quality houses in the South East. The ideal candidate will be an established materials buyer with the necessary contacts in materials suppliers to ensure the developer is paying the best prices. You will be a keen and effective negotiator with a track record of securing the best prices with the right suppliers. You must have worked for a residential developer as a materials buyer and be up to date on competitive pricing to ensure the company is getting the best deal. You must be able to evaluate the current systems in place and recommend necessary changes to maximize efficiency.
