Create, drive & embed NPD initiative process to support S&OP local & global teams Leading Luxury Giftset program - yearly cycle in line with strategy Create & drive mutualized financial business planning model for Coty FY23 + future Lead Deal opportunities for UK&I - review internal P&L impacts and liaise across functions to ensure external market dynamics are balanced alongside KPI opportunities. Manage end to end impact of the deal cross-functionally & with clear communication in a timely manner to reach targets. The team consists of 20 passionate individuals leading the UK organization in Commercial strategic thought leadership driven by Data decisions which are fuelled by Category & Consumer Insight data pools. You will work closely together with Sales, Marketing, Supply & Demand and Finance departments often leading as the central lead for cross functional alignment. All your team mates and peers will partner with you leveraging their commercial capabilities to generate positive outcomes.
