London We have been tasked by our client who is a tier 1 main contractor to recruit an experienced project manager. They have just won a project and are looking for a project manager to oversee the external envelope of the building. The project is a refurbishment near Notting Hill, with scaffolding running up 30 storeys. You will be responsible for all external works, managing a team of 2-3 site managers to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Experience in managing externals on large high-rise projects is essential, and knowledge of English Heritage is advantageous. Requirements
