ADAS, part of RSK Group, is seeking Senior / Principal Ecologists to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be hybrid, with travel to our Bristol office. Key Responsibilities

Working as a team with our existing ecologists to ensure quality projects are delivered on time to our clients Managing projects from inception to finalisation Talking to our clients and providing solid technical advice Helping to manage the team and develop our junior ecologists' knowledge and skills Writing technical reports including, but not limited to, Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Ecological Impact Assessments, Mitigation Strategies, Biodiversity Management Plans, Habitats Regulations Assessments Screening reports, and protected species reports Technical review and approval of reports Person Specification

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Graduate level education in a relevant subject One protected species licence Experience of Biodiversity Net Gain assessment and UKHAB Strong botanical skills (e.g. NVC, Condition Assessments) (desirable) Associate Level CIEEM membership or above Salary and Benefits
