Brooklands is a Further Education College with two campuses based in Weybridge, Surrey and Ashford, Middlesex. We pride ourselves in providing innovative and effective programmes for learners of all abilities.

We are looking for an individual to hit the ground running and join our team as Director of STEM to ensure the development of high quality provision, to maximise learner participation, achievement and a professional experience for both learners and employers.

The purpose of this role is crucial to support the Assistant Principal (Curriculum) and be directly responsible for leading the Faculty, including learner recruitment and achievement, customer satisfaction and business planning of the curriculum so that it remains current, future facing and financially viable, delivering substantial and continued financial contribution and efficiencies.
