As a hands-on contributor, you'll play a key role in designing and developing advanced electronic solutions, using your expertise in RF and PCB design. This position offers a chance to work on impactful projects while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape the future of a growing team.

PLEASE NOTE:

This role requires the ability to obtain UK security clearance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and verifying digital and analogue electronic systems for high-stakes security applications. Developing high-speed PCB designs with FPGAs and processors using tools like Altium Designer. Bringing products to life, from concept through to production, ensuring reliability and manufacturability. Contributing to RF design, including Wi-Fi, NFC, and cellular technologies. Collaborating in a multidisciplinary engineering environment to deliver innovative solutions. Mentoring junior engineers and potentially managing a growing team.

What You'll Bring: Expertise in electronic schematic design, simulation, and verification. Proven experience in high-speed PCB design for complex systems. Familiarity with Altium Designer or similar tools. Knowledge of cryptography and security-focused applications. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
