This well-established Group is looking for a
Qualified Nursery Deputy Room Leader
to join their nursery close to the High Wycombe area and support the Room Leader in the 2-3s or baby room.
Hours are 5 days per week, all year round, 40 hours per week on flexible shifts from 8am to 6pm.
The nursery has great links to local bus routes and is easily accessible via public transport/car from Slough, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, and surrounding areas.
Salary offered is up to £26,000 pa (depending upon experience and qualifications, includes a performance-related bonus).

The Candidate for the Nursery Deputy Room Leader role must also have: NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3 or higher Experience working as a senior/nursery nurse level in the baby or 2-3s room, in a nursery setting in the UK, ready for a step up Experience in a Nursery/Early Years setting as a Practitioner for at least 2 years Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety Solid communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff Passion, empathy, reliability, and a good communicator
