They are seeking an operational, strategic and highly inquisitive Finance Business Partner who can take real ownership of the workload and influence decisions across the business.

The permanent Finance Business Partner role in Limpenhoe is predominantly site based.

The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner role in Limpenhoe will need to have a manufacturing, FMCG or corporate background.

Our client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team whilst reporting to the Head of Finance. The main focus of the role is to lead the site's financial and management accounting, reporting and control activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

â?¢ Provide support, challenge, and financial insight to enhance decision making and optimise operational performance to minimise the business's cost base

â?¢ Develop and maintain strong Business Partnering support to Senior Management and various functions across the business

â?¢ Drive performance and support with the strategic decisions

â?¢ Lead the site forecasting and budgeting processes

â?¢ Drive delivery & support of Business Improvement Plans and Continuous Improvement

initiatives

â?¢ Influence site processes, ensure site is compliant and maintain robust physical and accounting controls

Person Specification

â?¢ A qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)

â?¢ Ideally manufacturing/FMCG industry experience or background within corporate businesses

â?¢ Ability and confidence to make decisions, challenge others and business partner with the wider team

â?¢ Stakeholder management skills and experience

â?¢ Strong excel skills

â?¢ Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment

â?¢ Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

â?¢ Excellent attention to detail
