Job role:
Risk Framework Execution:
Support the implementation of enterprise-wide dynamic and provocative risk assessments, foster positive risk culture through risk training vehicles, and scenario analyses to identify, measure, and mitigate key risks. Collaboration Across Regions:
Work closely with counterparts in the UK, EU, and US to ensure alignment and consistency in the delivery of risk management initiatives across jurisdictions. Governance and Reporting:
Contribute to the evolution of taxonomies, governance frameworks, and risk reporting practices to enhance transparency and accountability. Regulatory and Stakeholder Engagement:
As needed and in coordination with Management, represent the ERM team in discussions with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risk practices. Incident and Risk Event Management:
Coordinate the identification, escalation, and resolution of risk events, ensuring timely incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of lessons learned to enhance resilience and prevent recurrence. Relationship Building:
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business risk owners, regulatory compliance teams, and technical teams.
