Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the organization.
Operational Oversight: Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and risk assessments. Ensure efficient financial systems and processes are in place.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial performance and strategy to senior management and external stakeholders, such as investors or boards. Act as a key advisor on financial matters, contributing to strategic business decisions.
Taxation & Audit Management: Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance. Coordinate with auditors to ensure successful completion of audits.
