We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Engineering Team Leader to work for a very large industrial manufacturing company based in Wednesbury, West Midlands. The Engineering Team Leader will play a key role in the planning and organizing of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Engineering Team Leader will have 10-12 direct reports and will be involved in both hands-on engineering work and management duties. The ideal candidate needs to be multi-skilled with both electrical and mechanical skills.
