In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities The role will involve:
Taking a lead on scoping, planning, conducting, and analysing the research by creating research plans, protocols and activities using qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method approaches. Analysing and synthesising research findings to translate insights into user needs and opportunities, communicating compelling user insights to the product owner team and wider stakeholders. Contributing research findings to enable evidence-based product and design decisions and champion the user to ensure that the product delivers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise User centered-design experience for public sector. Experience working in discovery and beta phases and has a strong understanding of what's required for each stage. You must be a resident in the UK and have been living continuously in the UK for the last 10 years. You must be able to hold or gain a UK government security clearance.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Experience in public sector/GDS standards is desirable.
