As the Head of History, you will: Lead the History department, fostering a culture of curiosity and engagement with the subject. Plan, deliver, and oversee high-quality teaching and learning from KS3 to KS5. Support your team in delivering an inspiring and enriching curriculum that promotes critical thinking and a deep understanding of historical events. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to ensure continued success and improvement. Work closely with senior leadership to align the department's vision with the wider school goals.
