F/T Permanent Maintenance Lead Engineer (Electrical)
Required for Lisburn. Duties will include: Manage a small engineering function supporting operations. Fault finding and resolution, preventative and reactive maintenance activities. Reporting and recording of maintenance and repair details for work activities using the appropriate maintenance management and IT systems. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation, reviewing, developing, and improving processes, plant, and machinery to improve efficiency. Training and developing others in electrical work, new equipment, machinery, and processes, as necessary. Any other duties as may be required. Essential Criteria: Hold a qualification in an electrical discipline e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' relevant electrical engineering experience. This role also requires a competent leader/engineer with experience within a service centre or manufacturing environment. Demonstrable experience of line management, continuous improvement processes, preventative maintenance techniques and dealing with contractors and suppliers. Ability to work efficiently, effectively, accurately and on own initiative with minimum supervision as well as part of a team within tight timescales. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good rapport at all levels. Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 08:30 hrs - 17:00 hrs. Salary:
